输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石疗效比较 被引量:10

摘要 输尿管结石是一种高发病率的泌尿系统疾病,输尿管狭窄阻碍了肾结石的排出是其主要的致病原因[1]。以往治疗输尿管结石的常用方法为气压弹道碎石,随着医疗技术的发展,腔镜在临床上被越来越广泛地应用,输尿管镜下行钬激光碎石技术成为了治疗输尿管结石的较好方式[2]。本研究拟比较输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的效果,报道如下。
