摘要
将质量比90∶10甲基硅油和气相法二氧化硅于130℃~140℃搅拌2~3 h,在180℃~190℃搅拌2 h后再次将聚醚硅油、复合乳化剂(Tween 80和Span 80组成)、聚丙烯酸等复配,制得阻燃纤维有机硅消泡剂。最佳制备条件:甲基硅油的粘度分别为350 mPa s和1 000mPa s,用量为13%~14%,107硅橡胶粘度50 000 mPa s,用量为4%~5%;气相法二氧化硅用量为1.7%聚醚硅油,用量为4%;复合乳化剂的HLB值为10,用量为4%;羧甲基纤维素钠用量为1%。所制消泡剂的乳化状态稳定,适用于阻燃纤维生产体系,在不同温度及强酸条件下均可保持优良的消泡、抑泡活性,是一种性能优良、有广泛应用前景的有机硅消泡剂。
The quality ratio 90∶10 methyl silicone oil gas phase method of silica in 130℃~140℃stir 2~3 h and stir in 180℃~190℃2 h.Again,composite emulsifier polyether silicone(Tween 80 and Span 80),polyacrylic acid aggregate blending.Flame retardant fiber organic silicon defoamer.The best preparation conditions:Methyl silicone oil viscosity,respectively 350 mPa·s and 1000 mPa·s.The dosage for 13%to 14%.Viscosity of 107 silicone rubber 50000 mPa·s for 4%~5%.The gas phase method of silica dosage was 1.7%,polyether silicone oil dosage was 4%.The HLB value of compound emulsifier 10,the of dosage which was 4%.Dosage of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose was 1%.The antifoaming agent made by emulsion is stable.Suitable for flame retardant fiber production system.Under the condition of different temperature and acid can keep excellent defoaming and antimicrobial activity.It's a kind of excellent performance,have broad application prospect of organic silicon defoamer.
