摘要
以水源水、地表水以及重金属、化工行业污染源废水的进出水为研究对象,通过一种广谱型转基因斑马鱼(Kras)和一种特异型转基因斑马鱼(Cyp1a)的胚胎对实际样品进行检测。结果表明,在实际监测中,广谱型转基因斑马鱼(K ras)在混合多种污染物质的废水中测试灵敏度较高,适用于各种水样的毒性初筛。
Surface water and the inlet and outlet water of pollutants from heavy metals and chemical industry were taken as the research objects.Samples were detected from a wide-spectrum transgenic zebrafish(Kras)and a special transgenic zebrafish(Cypla)embryos.It was found that in the actual monitoring,the wide-spectrum transgenic zebrafish(Kras)showed high sensitivity in the test of wastewater mixed with a variety of pollutants,which was suitable for the preliminary screening of toxicity of various water samples.
