摘要
为了解决实验材料存储柜的管理安全问题,以存储柜准确识别实验员并开启柜门为研究对象,采用语音唤醒技术和人脸识别技术结合的方式,提出了一种实验材料存储柜控制系统的方案设计。系统以ESP32芯片为控制核心,利用数字麦克风和OV2640数字摄像头采集语音和人脸图像信息,将收集到的信息分别通过I2S接口和数据总线传输至ESP32模块,经语音和图像信息与模板信息比对,实现开、关柜门控制。同时通过WIFI将柜门状态与识别人图像信息上传至服务器,完成存储柜操作信息的动态检测。实验结果表明,该系统操作便捷、集成度高、成本低、安全性强,具有较高的实用价值。
In order to solve the management safety problem of the experimental material storage cabinet,the storage cabinet which can accurately identify the experimenter and open the cabinet door was taken as the research object.;using the combination of voice wake-up technology and face recognition technology,we propose a scheme design for an experimental material storage cabinet control system.The system uses the ESP32 chip as the control core and uses the digital microphone and OV2640 digital camera to collect voice and face image information,and transmits the collected information to the ESP32 module through the I2S interface and data bus respectively.Then by comparing the voice and image information with the template information,the cabinet door can be controlled to open or close.Finally,the status of the door and the image information of the recognized person are uploaded to the server through WIFI,and the dynamic detection of the operation information of the storage cabinet is completed.Experiments show that the system has the advantages of convenient operation,high integration,low cost,strong security,which proves to be of high practical value.
