后发企业如何从嵌入到重构新兴产业的创新生态系统——基于光伏产业的证据判断 被引量:15

How do Latecomers Rebuild the Innovation Ecosystem of Emerging Industries? Based on the Evidence of the Photovoltaic Industry

摘要 没有遵循传统后发国家和企业依托技术学习、低成本生产要素嵌入全新产业链的模式,而是关注后发企业如何通过价值创造影响创新生态参与者的行为。选取5家光伏产业中国企业作为研究对象,使用过程追踪的历史方法,研究了本土企业嵌入和重构产业创新生态系统的过程机制。研究主要结论如下:(1)制度机会窗口创造市场容量与现有创新生态系统无法满足之间的矛盾,导致的市场需求结构失衡,是产业创新生态系统结构演化的外部动因。(2)后发企业自身的技术创新能力与组织或者商业模式创新的协同,是创新生态系统结构演化的内部动因。(3)创新生态系统结构变化与后发企业整合内外部资源、把握需求机会能力的提升之间不断的正反馈,是后发企业持续推进下一个阶段生态结构演化的关键。理论层面,研究突破了基于"日韩经验"追赶研究范式和欧美传统产业创新系统理论的局限,全面拓展"新兴经济大国"场景下的产业创新相关理论,进一步发现了后发企业嵌入和重构产业生态系统的情境下,制度窗口、市场窗口创造的外部机会,以及企业自身的技术创新能力与组织模式创新互动的关系。实践层面,研究通过诠释市场结构失衡和企业资源、能力匹配的协同关系,提供了后发企业发展新兴产业的预测方法。 The traditional model of backward countries and enterprises relies on technological learning and low-cost factors of production embedded in a new industrial chain,but focuses on how backward enterprises influence innovative ecological participants through value creation.Five Chinese enterprises in photovoltaic industry are selected as research objects,and the process mechanism of local enterprises embedding and rebuilding industrial innovation ecosystem is studied by using the historical method of process tracking.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The contradiction between the market capacity created by institutional opportunity window and the inadequacy of the existing innovation ecosystem leads to the imbalance of market demand structure,which is the external motivation of the evolution of industrial innovation ecosystem structure.(2)The synergy between the technological innovation capability of late-developing enterprises and the innovation of organization or business model is the internal motivation of the evolution of innovation ecosystem structure.(3)The continuous positive feedback between the structural change of innovative ecosystem and the integration of internal and external resources and the improvement of the ability to grasp demand opportunities of late-developing enterprises is the key to the sustainable evolution of ecological structure in the next stage.On the theoretical level,this study breaks through the limitations of the catching-up research paradigm based on’Japan-Korea Experience’and the traditional industrial innovation system theory in Europe and the United States.It extends the relevant theories of industrial innovation under the scenario of’big emerging economies’,and further finds out that in the context of embedding and rebuilding industrial ecosystem,the external opportunities created by institutional window and market window,as well as the relationship between technological innovation capability and organizational model innovation.At the practical level,this study provides a prediction method for the development of emerging industries by interpreting the synergistic relationship between the imbalance of market structure and the matching of enterprise resources and capabilities.
