摘要
国际化日益成为企业提高绩效的重要源泉,市场环境不确定性能否进一步促进两者的关系,具有重要的实践价值。本研究选取108个跨国企业为样本,运用多元回归考察国际化程度对企业绩效的直接影响,以及市场环境不确定性如何对这种关系产生调节效应。研究结果表明:企业国际化程度(广度、深度)仅有深度对企业绩效具有正向效应;市场环境的不确定性负向调节了国际深度与公司业绩之间的关系。本研究为企业利用市场环境不确定性和国际化程度来提高企业绩效提供了理论解释和参考。
Internationalization has increasingly become an important source of enterprise performance improvement.Whether market environment uncertainty can further promote the relationship between the two has important practical value.In this study,108 multinational enterprises were selected as samples,and multiple regression was used to investigate the direct impact of internationalization degree on enterprise performance,as well as how the uncertainty of market environment had a moderating effect on this relationship.The results show that:the degree of internationalization depth of enterprises has a positive effect on enterprise performance only;market environment uncertainty negatively regulates the relationship between international depth and enterprise performance.This study provides a theoretical explanation and reference for enterprises to use the uncertainty of the market environment and the degree of internationalization to improve enterprise performance.
