摘要
拉伸速率对金属材料的室温拉伸性能影响很大,文章介绍了不同应变速率对钛合金Ti6Al4V(TC4)、TA15和Ti1023室温拉伸性能影响的研究进展,并通过分析和归纳,阐述了第一应变速率和第二应变速率对钛合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率及断面收缩率的影响程度和规律,最后对应变速率对钛合金室温拉伸性能影响研究的发展方向进行了展望。
The tensile rate has a great influence on the room temperature tensile properties of metal materials.This paper introduces the research progress of the effect of different strain rates on the room temperature tensile properties of titanium alloys Ti6 Al4 V(TC4),TA15 and Ti1023.Through analysis and induction,the article describes the degree and relationship of the influence of the first and second strain rates on the tensile strength,yield strength,elongation after breaking and section shrinkage of titanium alloys.Finally,the development direction of the research on the effect of strain rate on the tensile properties of titanium alloys at room temperature is prospected.
