摘要
目的:观察乳腺癌术后化疗后复方苦参注射液联合适形调强放疗的近期疗效及对胸壁皮肤的影响。方法:选取乳腺癌保乳术后化疗后患者96例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组各48例,对照组给予术后适形调强放疗治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用复方苦参注射液治疗。比较两组治疗的近期效果、生活状态改善(KPS评分)及胸部皮肤反应情况。结果:治疗组完全缓解(CR)30例、部分缓解(PR)7例,客观缓解率(ORR)77.10%,对照组CR 14例、PR 10例,ORR 50.0%,两组ORR比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);治疗后治疗组生活状态评分显著高于对照组(P﹤0.01),治疗组胸部皮肤反应明显低于对照组(P﹤0.05),有统计学差异。结论:复方苦参注射液联合放疗治疗乳腺癌术后患者的近期疗效显著,可提高生活质量、减轻胸部皮肤反应。
Objective:To observe the short-term effect of compound Kushen injection and intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy on postoperative breast cancer of post-chemotherapy and the effect on reaction of chest wall skin.Methods:96 cases of patients with breast cancer who were treated by breast conserving surgery and chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated by intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy after surgery,while the treatment group was treated plus with compound Kushen injection on the basis of control group.The short-term effect,improvement of living condition(KPS score)and reaction of chest wall skin were compared between two groups.Results:In treatment group,30 cases were completely remitted,7 cases were partially remitted,and the remission rate was 77.10%;while in control group,14 cases were completely remitted,10 cases were partially remitted,and the remission rate was 50.0%;compared between two groups,the difference was significant(P﹤0.01).After treatment,the living condition score of patients in treatment group was significantly higher than in control group,and compared between two groups,the difference was significant(P﹤0.01);the chest skin reaction in treatment group was significantly lower than in control group,and compared between two groups,the difference was significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The short-term effect of compound Kushen injection and intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy on postoperative breast cancer is significant,which can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the chest skin reaction.
