Objective:To study the clinical value of low-dose 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules. Methods:In January 2018~June 2019 in our revenue of 78 patients with pulmonary nodules as the research object, first of all to regular doses of the CT scans of all of the patients, and for patients with low dose scanning, time interval,3d,this paper compares and analyzes the result of the two CT examination adopts comparative indicators including pulmonary nodule shape, size and quantity. Results:Routine 64-slice spiral CT and low-dose CT were used to detect pulmonary nodules in patients. There was no significant difference in the number, size and shape of pulmonary nodules between the two methods, and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose 64-slice spiral CT and conventional dose CT have similar diagnostic efficacy for patients with pulmonary nodules, but low-dose CT does less harm to patients than conventional dose and has better clinical value,so it is worthy of promotion and further exploration.
