摘要
目的:探讨结直肠巨大息肉应用双镜联合治疗效果及对患者肠道功能影响。方法:收集2016年10月~2018年12月来本院治疗的100例结直肠巨大息肉患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为2组。常规组采取常规手术方案,联合组采取腹腔镜与结肠镜联合手术。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、肠道功能恢复正常时间、住院时间;治疗前后患者生活质量量表评分;并发症发生情况。结果:联合组生活质量量表评分、手术时间、术中出血量、肠道功能恢复正常时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况均优于常规组,P<0.05。结论:结直肠巨大息肉患者实施双镜联合手术效果确切,可有效缩短住院时间,减少术中出血量,提高患者预后生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of double-mirror combined treatment on colorectal giant polyps and its effect on patients'intestinal function.Methods:A total of 100 patients with giant colorectal polyps treated in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2018 were collected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into 2 groups.The conventional group adopted routine surgical procedures,and the combined group underwent combined laparoscopy and colonoscopy.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,normal bowel function recovery time,and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.The patients'quality of life scale scores before and after treatment were compared with the occurrence of complications.Results:The scores of quality of life scale,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,normal time of intestinal function recovery,length of hospital stay and complications were better in the combined group than in the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of double-scopy combined surgery in patients with giant colorectal polyps is effective,which can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,and improve the quality of life of patients.
