摘要
基于数字化测量软件,结合激光跟踪仪搭建测量系统,获取装配工装上定位组件的关键测量点的实测值,通过与理论值进行比较得出定位组件在X轴、Y轴、Z轴三个方向上的偏差值,根据偏差值的大小和方向,通过加减垫片等方式调整定位组件的安装位置,直到满足误差要求。
Based on digital measurement software,laser tracker is used to build a measurement system to obtain the measured values of key measurement points of positioning components on the assembly tool.By comparing with the theoretical values,the deviation values of the positioning component in the three directions of X axis,Y axis and Z axis are obtained.According to the magnitude and direction of the deviation value,the gasket is used to adjust the installation position of the positioning component until the error requirement is met.
