甘油作非溶剂制备PEI中空纤维膜的微观形貌分析

摘要 利用浸入沉淀相转化法,以聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)为膜材料,N-二甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂,以不同量的甘油作为非溶剂添加剂,制备了亲水性聚酰亚胺中空纤维膜。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、万能试验机和孔隙度测试对膜丝进行表征,研究不同质量比的甘油作为非溶剂添加剂对聚酰亚胺中空纤维膜微观结构及力学性能的影响。结果表明:甘油作为非溶剂添加剂时,中空纤维膜中海绵层的厚度随甘油含量的增加而减少,手指状的空间同时增大,有助于提高PEI中空纤维膜的孔隙率和强度。将甘油质量百分比控制为5%或6%时,中空纤维膜的强度提高效果最好。 Hydrophilic polyimide hollow fiber membranes are prepared by immersion precipitation transformation with polyetherimide(PEI) as membrane material,N-methyl-2-pyrrolidion(NMP) as solvent and different amounts of glycerol as non-solvent additive.Scanning electron microscope(SEM),universal testing machine and porosity test are used to characterize the film filaments,and research the effect of glycerol as non-solvent additives on the morphology and performance of the PEI hollow fiber membranes.The results show that when glycerin is used as a non-solvent additive,the thickness of the sponge layer in the hollow fiber membrane decreases with the increase of the glycerol content,and the finger-like space increases at the same time,which helps to improve the porosity and strength of the PEI hollow fiber membrane.When the amount of glycerol is controlled to 5 wt.% or 6 wt.%,the strength of the hollow fiber membrane is the best.
