摘要
文中介绍的复合模具是以落料凹模和多个凸模、凸凹模、顶料圈、推件器、卸料螺钉等组成紧凑结构,可完成两种规格垫圈的4道分离、3道顶料、2道推件工序,打破了一套复合模具只能冲裁一种规格垫圈的瓶颈。
This paper introduces a composite die,which consists of a blanking die,multiple punches,convex and concave dies,ejector rings,pushers,and unloading screws.The composite die can complete the four separation,three top material,and two pusher processes of two types of gaskets.The bottleneck of a set of composite die that can only blank one type of gasket is eliminated.
