阴道超声监测卵泡发育及子宫内膜厚度在不孕症治疗中的临床价值分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析阴道超声监测卵泡发育及子宫内膜厚度在不孕症治疗中的临床价值。方法:选取2018年6月~2019年6月于本院进行治疗的不孕症患者120例作为观察组,另选取同期于本院进行体检的健康女性120例作为对照组,两组受检者均需进行阴道超声监测卵泡发育及子宫内膜厚度。结果:根据6类排卵周期TVS图像显示,正常排卵型43例患者子宫内膜厚度随着卵泡增大而增厚,77例异常排卵型患者排卵前子宫内膜厚度≤7mm,且观察组患者均质型子宫内膜概率明显高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度明显薄于对照组,卵泡直径明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阴道超声监测卵泡发育及子宫内膜厚度在不孕症治疗中的临床价值较高,能清晰显示出患者卵泡大小和子宫内膜厚度的变化。 Objective:To analyze the clinical value of vaginal ultrasound monitoring of follicular development and endometrial thickness in the treatment of infertility.Methods:120 cases of infertility patients treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study group,and 120 healthy women who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Vaginal ultrasound is needed to monitor follicular development and endometrial thickness.Results:According to TVS images of 6 types of ovulation cycles,the endometrial thickness of 43 patients with normal ovulation type increased with the increase of follicles,and the thickness of endometrium before ovulation was≤7 mm in 77 patients with abnormal ovulation type,and the patients in the study group were homogeneous.The endometrial type was significantly higher than the control group,the endometrial thickness was significantly thinner than the control group,and the follicle diameter was significantly smaller than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of vaginal ultrasound monitoring follicular development and endometrial thickness in the treatment of infertility is relatively high,and it can clearly show the changes of follicular size and endometrial thickness in patients.
