摘要
目的:探讨给予重症肺炎机械通气患者振动排痰的基础上,进行纤维支气管镜肺灌洗联合治疗的应用效果。方法:根据随机数字法选取100例本院(2017年4月~2019年2月)收治的重症肺炎机械通气患者作为研究对象,分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),两组患者均进行纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合振动排痰进行治疗,比较两组治疗前后身体指标(呼吸功能、血氧分压、动脉血二氧化碳分压)、临床指标(重症监护时间、机械通气时间)与治疗总有效率。结果:观察组患者呼吸功能、血氧分压、动,脉血二氧化碳分压均显著优于对照组,两组数据差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组重症临床指标与对照组差异显著,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为98.00%、78.00%,两组数据差异显著,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重症肺炎机械通气患者采用振动排痰、纤维支气管镜肺灌洗联合治疗具有显著的应用效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of combined bronchoscopic lung lavage therapy on the basis of vibrating sputum in patients with severe pneumonia and mechanical ventilation.Methods:According to the random number method,100 patients with severe pneumonia and mechanical ventilation treated in our hospital(April 2017 to February 2019)were selected as the study object,and were divided into a control group(50 cases)and a treatment group(50 cases).The two groups of patients were treated with fiberbronchoscopic lung lavage.Based on this,the treatment group was combined with vibrating sputum to treat the body parameters(respiratory function,partial oxygen pressure,and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the arteries)before and after treatment.Clinical indicators(intensive care time,mechanical ventilation time)and total effective rate of treatment.Results:Patients in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group in respiratory function,partial oxygen pressure,blood pressure,and pulse carbon dioxide partial pressure.The difference in data between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);severe clinical indicators in the treatment group and the control group The difference was significant,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rates of treatment in the treatment group and the control group were 98.00%and 78.00%,respectively.The data in the two groups were significantly different,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vibration sputum removal and fibrobronchoscopic lung lavage therapy have significant application effects on patients with severe pneumonia during mechanical ventilation.
