摘要 宪法文本是解读“教育”概念的基础。“教育”概念随着时代的变迁而调整,不同学科对其有不同的阐释。宪法文本中“教育”经历了正式写入、逐步深入和曲折发展的变迁。现行宪法文本中“教育”一词共出现了27次,涉及教育事业、教育制度、教育普及等不同内容,也涵盖了义务教育、中等教育、职业教育等不同领域。“教育”有公民视角下的权利与义务、政府视角下的管理与服务和国家视角下的支持与发展等三重宪法内涵。准确把握宪法文本中“教育”的概念,有利于促进我国教育事业的全面发展,进一步推动教育现代化的实现。 The text of the constitution is the basis of interpreting the concept of“education”.The meaning of“education”is adjusted with the changes of the times,and the different disciplines have different interpretations.The meaning of“education”has experienced the development and changes of formal writing,gradual deepening and tortuous development in the historical text of the constitution.The term“education”has appeared 27 times in the current constitution,involving different contents such as education profession,education system,education popularization,etc.,as well as the different fields such as compulsory education,secondary education,vocational education,etc.“Education”has three constitutional implications:rights and obligations from the perspective of citizens,management and services from the perspective of government and support and development from the perspective of state.Accurately grasping the concept of“education”,especially the meaning of“education”in the current constitution text,is conducive to promoting the overall development of China’s education and further promoting the realization of education modernization.
