矾根“草莓漩涡”对高温胁迫的生长及生理响应 被引量:2

摘要 以矾根“草莓漩涡”为试验材料,研究了其对高温环境条件的耐受能力。研究结果显示,高温胁迫限制了矾根“草莓漩涡”株高、冠幅的增长和生物量的积累效率。高温环境条件下,草莓漩涡可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量呈现出先增高后降低现象,O2^·-、H2O2和MDA含量持续增高,SOD、CAT和POD活性快速增高后缓慢降低。结论:一定时间和温度范围的高温胁迫会导致矾根“草莓漩涡”生长受限,但不会造成其死亡。矾根“草莓漩涡”对重庆夏季高温具有一定的耐受性,能够通过自身生长、生理调节来应对高温环境。 Heuchera micrantha‘Strawberry Swirl’was used as experimental material for high temperature tolerance research.The results showed that high temperature stress limited the growth of plant height,crown width and biomass accumulation efficiency of H.micrantha‘Strawberry Swirl’.Under high temperature environment,the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in H.micrantha‘Strawberry Swirl’increased firstly and then decreased,the content of O2^·- H2O2 and MDA increased continuously,while the activities of SOD,CAT and POD increased rapidly and then decreased slowly.It was concluded that high temperature stress in a certain time and temperature range would restrict the growth of H.micrantha‘Strawberry Swirl’,but would not cause its death,which had a certain tolerance of high temperature and could cope with high temperature environment through its own growth and physiological regulation.
