摘要
目的探讨叙事治疗在情绪障碍患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月-2018年12月在洛阳市精神卫生中心治疗的情绪障碍患儿20例,对患儿及家属采取叙事治疗,对比治疗前后家庭环境量评分、家庭动力学评分及父母养育方式。结果治疗后矛盾性评分低于治疗前,且亲密度、独立性、娱乐性、知识性及组织性评分均优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后的家庭气氛、个性化评分均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后的父母情感理解及偏爱被试评分高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事治疗情绪障碍儿童的疗效较高,可以有效改善家庭动力学及父母教育方式。
Objective To explore the effect of narrative therapy in children with emotional disorders. Methods 20 children with emotional disorders treated in the hospital from January to December, 2018 were selected. The children and their families were treated with narrative therapy. The scores of family environment, family dynamics and parental rearing style were compared before and after treatment. Results The contradictory scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of intimacy, independence, entertainment, knowledge and organization were better than those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of family atmosphere and personality were lower than those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of parents’ emotional understanding and preference were higher than those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Narrative therapy is effective for children with emotional disorders and can effectively improve family dynamics and parental education.
