摘要
创新发展是开展科技活动第一动力源。采用文献研究的方法,发现高职学生科技社团核心功能是培养高职学生的科技素养、向学生根植创新理念;高职院校的科技社团普遍存在认知狭隘、管理制度不完善、活动形式单一、活动经费不足、缺乏内化过程等问题。研究从微观管理视角理顺发展思路,探索科技社团的创新发展思路、活动形式,建立和完善科技社团的管理制度并依据内外资源及环境状况,推动科技社团发展,以期为提升高职科技社团活动质量提供参考。
Innovation and development is the first power source for carrying out scientific and technological activities.By using the method of literature research,it is found that the core function of Higher Vocational Students' scientific and technological communities is to cultivate their scientific and technological literacy and to root in innovative ideas to students,that there are generally problems in the scientific and technological communities of higher vocational colleges,such as narrow cognition,imperfect management system,single activity form,insufficient activity funds and lack of internalization process.From the perspective of micro management,the research straightens out the development ideas,explores the innovative development ideas and activity forms of science and technology associations,establishes and improves the management system of science and technology associations,and promotes the development of science and technology power of associations according to the internal and external resources and environmental conditions,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of science and technology associations in higher vocational colleges.
