摘要
系统研究德国政府以能源转型为国家战略背景下所制定的铁路发展战略和实施路径,同时梳理德国铁路在提高铁路运量和实现铁路系统能源转型2个方面所采取的措施及政府的支持政策,总结德国铁路在交通转型背景下的铁路发展经验,结合我国铁路发展实际提出建议和设想。
This paper systematically studies the railway development strategy and implementation roadmap formulated by the German government under the background of national strategy of energy transition,and concludes the measures taken by the German Railway in improving the railway traffic volume and realizing the energy transition of the railway system as well as the government's supporting policies,summarizes the experience of the German Railway in the context of transportation transformation to provide reference for the railway development practice in China.
