摘要
肌骨超声是近年来发展迅速,应用广泛的一门技术。对肌骨超声的需求不断增长,导致相关专业的临床教学面临更大的压力,医生要有足够的技能来满足这一需求。运动医学课程是一门实践非常强的课程,其课程性质决定其教学方法的选择,要求学生从实践角度完成专业知识的学习。PBL教学的课堂式和小组讨论式的方法也不能满足当下的需求。如果课程缺乏真实的医疗情境,那么PBL方法就不能够发挥出效果。针对肌骨超声医学实践性强的特点和PBL教学模式的不足,将肌骨超声引入PBL教学模式中,能够解决教学中的一些问题,提高教学的效果和质量,因此在研究生临床教学实践中有非常好的效果。
Musculoskeletal ultrasound is developing rapidly,applying widely in recent years.Related clinical teaching is facing greater pressure because of growing demand for musculoskeletal ultrasound technology.The doctor should have enough skills to meet this demand.Sports medicine is a very practical course.The nature of the course determines the choice of teaching methods.It requires students to learn professional knowledge from the practice.The class and group discussion methods of PBL teaching cannot meet the current demands.If the course lacks a real medical circumstances,the PBL teaching will not work.According to the practicalness characteristic of musculoskeletal ultrasound and the shortage of the PBL,using the combination musculoskeletal ultrasound and PBL can solve some problems in teaching,improve effect and quality of teaching,so it has a very good effect in the clinical teaching practice of graduate students.
