摘要
目的:探讨直肠癌同步放化疗患者心理弹性与正负性情绪、癌因性疲乏的相关性。方法:选取在2013年10月至2018年10月我院收治80例直肠癌患者作为研究对象,采用自行编制的一般资料问卷,包含性别及年龄、文化程度、并发症、婚姻状况、疼痛程度和同步放化疗阶段等,采用心理弹性量表中文版(CD-RISC)及癌因性疲乏评估表(CRF)、正负性情绪量表(PANAS)分别对患者心理弹性与癌因性疲乏、正负性情绪进行评分,并分析其相关性。结果:化疗期直肠癌患者的心理弹性总分与正性情绪呈正相关,与负性情绪呈负相关(r=0.746,-0.458;P<0.05);直肠癌患者心理弹性总分与癌因性疲乏各维度评分呈显著负相关(r=-0.258,-0.291,-0.299,-0.458;P<0.05)。结论:直肠癌同步放化疗患者心理弹性与正负性情绪、CRF存在相关性。
Objective:To investigate the correlation analysis of psychological resilience and positive and negative emotions,cancer-related fatigue in patients with rectal cancer undergoing concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects.A self-developed general information questionnaire was used,including gender and age,educational level,complications,marital status,pain degree and post-operative stage.The Chinese version of the Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),cancer-related fatigue assessment scale(CRF),positive and negative emotions scale(PANAS)were used to evaluate the psychological resilience and cancer-related fatigue,positive and negative emotions and their correlation was analyzed.Results:The total score of resilience of rectal cancer patients during chemotherapy was positively correlated with positive emotions and negatively correlated with negative emotions(r=0.746,-0.458;P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis was made between the total score of resilience were negatively correlated to cancer-related fatigue(r=-0.258,-0.291,-0.299,-0.458;P<0.05).Conclusion:Resilience is correlated with positive and negative emotions and CRF in patients with rectal cancer undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy.
