摘要
特色小镇开发是我国新型城镇化的重要发展方向。本文基于首都情境,在特色小镇内涵的基础上研究北京特色小镇的发展特色,将首都定位、与京津冀产业协同、行政与市场协同、绿色可持续性界定为北京特色小镇特色。针对完全行政化和完全市场化的衍生问题,本文提出北京特色小镇协同治理的路径,在有限行政化和有限市场化的前提下突出北京特色,发展北京特色小镇,为后续北京特色小镇的模式研究和案例研究提供理论基础。
Characteristic towns’ development is one of the most important development directions of new urbanization in China.Based on the capital situation,this paper studies on the development characteristics of Beijing characteristic towns based on the connotation of characteristic towns,which defines the characteristics of Beijing characteristic towns as capital orientation,industrial coordination with Beijing.Tianjin and Hebei,administrative and market coordination,and green sustainability.In view of the derivative problems of complete administration and complete marketization.this paper puts forward the path of coordinated governance of Beijing characteristic towns,highlighting the characteristics of Beijing under the premise of limited administration and limited marketization.and developing characteristic towns with Beijing characteristics.which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up model study and case study of Beijing characteristic towns.
