摘要
介绍了混凝土用耐工业大气腐蚀钢筋HRB500aE的开发过程。通过成分设计,优化炼钢、连铸和轧钢工艺,成功制备了共10个批次的Φ8~22 mm的耐蚀钢筋HRB500aE,同时进行了性能测试。测试结果表明,各批次产品的化学成分、力学性能、时效性能和平均相对腐蚀率均满足国标要求,其中平均相对腐蚀率达到60%左右;在Ceq相同的情况下,轧制规格越大,钢筋的抗拉强度和屈服强度越低。
This paper introduces the development process of HRB500aE product,which can resist industrial atmospheric corrosion for reinforced concrete.Through composition design,optimization of steel-making,continuous casting and rolling process,10 batches ofΦ8~22 mm corrosion-resistant rebar HRB500aE were successfully prepared,and their properties were tested.The test results show that the chemical composition,mechanical properties,aging performance and average relative corrosion rate of each batch meet the requirements of the national standard,and the average relative corrosion rate is about 60%;under the same Ceq,the larger the rolling specification is,the lower the tensile strength and yield strength of rebar are.
