摘要
目的:观察OSCE模式在护理人员培训以及技能考核中的效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年12月新入职、工作年限低于3年的护理人员60名,首先进行OSCE模式培训,之后运用OSCE模式进行考核,分析培训前后的综合能力。结果:所有护理人员接受培训后各项综合能力评分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对护理人员的培训及技能考核,OSCE模式的应用效果较好。
Objective:To explore the effect of OSCE mode in nursing staff training and skill assessment.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,60 new nurses with less than 3 years of service were selected,they were trained in the OSCE mode.After that,we used the OSCE mode for assessment and analyze the comprehensive ability before and after the training.Results:After the training,all nurses'comprehensive ability scores were higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the training and skill assessment of nursing staff,the application effect of OSCE mode is better.
