面向智慧社会的情报生态协同体构建研究 被引量:21

An Analysis of Smart Society-oriented Information Ecology Synergy Construction

摘要 [目的/意义]情报是封装的智能,智能是开放的情报,情报成为智能时代下智慧社会建设和治理的重要资源,探索建立情报主导的智能化、协同化、生态化、精准化工作范式有助于解决智慧社会中情报内容挖掘不充分、工作范式落后、智能化水平低、生态协同能力弱等情报困境。[方法/过程]本文在创新性地提出"情报生态协同体"(IESA)概念的基础上,构建了"面向智慧社会的情报生态协同体架构体系"(AIESA-SS),并分别从功能、流程、运行机制、技术支撑等方面进行了剖析,最后结合智慧无人生态农场实例进行分析。[结果/结论]"情报生态协同体"将为智慧社会发展提供重要支撑,AIESA-SS架构体系为智慧社会建设提供了可参考的赋能路径和解决方案,AIESA-SS通过引入区块链、边缘计算、数字孪生等智能技术,为情报活动在安全保障、内容优化、模拟仿真等方面提供策略支撑。 [Purpose/significance]Intelligence has become a crucial resource for the construction and management of smart society in the intelligent era. Intelligence for information or knowledge of special interest, and intelligence as the ability of acquiring and applying knowledge and skill, must be integrated into one. It is vital to explore the establishment of a intelligence-led control system that is intelligent, cooperative, ecological, automatic and accurate, and it is helpful to solve some difficulties, such as insufficient mining of intelligence content, backward work paradigm, low level of intelligence, weak ecological coordination ability and so on.[Method/process]In this paper, it constructs "intelligence ecological synergy architecture synergy for smart society"(AIESA-SS) on the basis of innovatively giving the concept of "Intelligence Ecological Synergy Agent"(IESA), so as to analyze it from the aspects of function, process, operation mechanism, technical support and so on. Finally, it makes the analysis with the combination of smart ecological farm.[Result/conclusion]AIESA-SS provides an effective reference path and solution for the construction and development of smart society.By introducing new intelligent technology such as blockchain,edge calculation and digital twins,AIESA-SS provides strategic support for intelligence activity in security, content optimization and simulation.
