摘要
目的对脑部脉络膜裂囊肿的低场强核磁共振表现及其诊断价值进行探讨。方法将我院在2017~2019年诊治的28例脑部脉络膜裂囊肿患者纳入研究,对他们的临床资料和低场强核磁共振表现做回顾性分析,再对其临床诊断价值进行探究性分析。结果28例患者均接受了低场强核磁共振诊断,28例囊肿患者的囊肿均发生于脉络膜裂区,呈现出典型的MRI表现,囊肿体积较小,病灶信号与脑脊液信号均匀一致,囊肿周围无异常,边界清晰。同时,其神经系统症状以及各项体征显示其临床表现与脉络膜裂囊肿无关。结论脑部脉络膜裂囊肿利用低场强核磁共振进行诊断时,会呈现出典型的磁场表现,影像医师可通过核磁共振的多平面、全方位成像,清楚地看到患者脑部脉络膜裂情况,从而进行准确的病情诊断与脑部疾病鉴别,并尽快对患者采取相应的治疗,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the low-field intensity magnetic resonance imaging findings of choroidal fissure cysts in the brain and its diagnostic value.Methods In this study,28 patients with choroidal fissure cysts in our hospital from 2017 to 2019 were enrolled.Their clinical data and low-field magnetic resonance imaging findings were retrospectively analyzed,and then their clinical diagnostic value was explored and analyzed.Results The cysts of 28 cysts occurred in the choroidal fissure area,showing typical MRI findings.The cysts were small in size,homogeneous in signal with CSF,no abnormalities around the cysts and clear boundary.At the same time,the nervous system symptoms and signs showed that its clinical manifestations were not related to choroidal fissure cyst.Conclusion When the brain choroidal fissure cyst is diagnosed by low-field magnetic resonance imaging,it will show typical magnetic field manifestations.The radiologist can clearly see the patient’s choroidal fissure through multi-plane and omni-directional imaging of magnetic resonance,so as to make accurate diagnosis and differential diagnosis of brain diseases,and as soon as possible to the patient.Corresponding treatment is of high clinical value.
