摘要
提出一种标准源芯片的设计思路,既可以满足和现有的计量芯片合封起来成为免校准的计量芯片,又可以单独独立封装成一枚校准芯片。用于现有计量芯片的外部,使现有计量芯片无需经过表台校表,即可实现精确计量的目的。
The paper proposes a design of a standard source chip,which can not only update the existing metering chip to calibration-free with MCM(Multi-Chip Module),but also be individually packaged into a calibration chip as the exterior of the existing metering chip,which can achieve accurate metering without going through the meter calibration equipment.
