摘要 纳米药物为各种重大疾病提供了新的诊断和治疗手段,其临床应用和工业化研究也越来越受到关注,目前有关纳米药物研究的指导性法规尚无系统而完整的条款,尤其纳米药物的工业化生产没有统一规律可循,且目前市场上的产品种类较少。本文拟就纳米药物的分类及研发进展、制备方法、评价指标等方面作一综述。 Nanomedicine provides new diagnostic and therapeutic tools for various major diseases. Its clinical transformation and industrialization research are also receiving increasing attention. At present, there is no systematic and complete regulation on the research of nanomedicine, especially the industrial production of nanomedicine has no uniform rule to follow,and there are few products on the market now. In this paper, the classification, preparation method, evaluation index and development progress of nanomedicine are reviewed.
