摘要
目的调查院前急救护士对职业环境的认可度,根据调查结果分析存在问题及应对方法。方法选用盖洛普Q12调查问卷调查38名急救护士对职业环境的认可度。结果护师对工作基本需求维度、护士长支持维度的认可度普遍最高,其次是护士,主管护师最低。3组间在Q4、Q5、Q8问题的认可度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士对自我成长维度的认可度高于其他层级护士。结论护理管理者应根据不同层级护士对职业环境的认可度,分析存在的问题,针对性实施人性化管理。
Objective To investigate the recognition of occupational environment among pre-hospital first-aid nurses, and to analyze potential problems and countermeasures based on the results of the survey. Methods The Gallup Q12 questionnaire was used to investigate the recognition of occupational environment among pre-hospital first-aid nurses. Results The demand for job requirements and support from head nurses received highest degree of recognition in group of senior nurses, followed by junior nurses and nursing supervisors. There was a significant difference in recognition of Q4、Q5、Q8 among three different groups of nurses(P<0.05). The junior nurses had highest level of recognition of self-growth. Conclusion The humanistic management should be carried out based on the recognition of occupational environment among nurses with different job positions.
