摘要
随着煤化工工业的快速发展,反渗透技术大量地应用于煤化工废水处理项目上。通过阐述双级反渗透系统在煤化工高盐废水处理中的应用,指出其在煤化工高盐废水处理上应用的可行性。双级反渗透的预处理系统采用"化学软化+过滤+离子交换"为主的工艺,运行结果表明,双级反渗透系统在进水电导率为50 000~65 000μS/cm条件下,浓水和产水电导率分别可以达到100 000μS/cm和200μS/cm,各指标达到系统要求,系统运行稳定。
With the rapid development of coal chemical industry,the reverse osmosis technology has been used widely in the wastewater treatment project of coal chemical industry. The application of the two-stage reverse osmosis system in the high-salt wastewater treatment of coal chemical industry was described,and its feasible application was pointed out in the coal chemical industry. The two-stage reverse osmosis system adopted the combined technology of softening pretreatment,filtration and ion exchange as the pretreatment of the system. The running results show that when the feed water conductivity of the two-stage reverse osmosis system is 50 000-65 000 μS/cm,the concentrated water and production water conductivity can reach 100 000 μS/cm and 200 μS/cm,respectively. The performance of the system meets the design requirements,and the system runs stably.
