摘要
针对身管后坐式链式机枪的弹簧-液压缓冲装置,以某中口径链式机枪为研究对象,在满足设计要求的前提下,设计合理的缓冲装置参数,运用ADAMS软件建立其动态仿真模型进行仿真验证。结果表明,弹簧-液压缓冲装置可提供较大的阻尼力,能够让身管在缓冲器上的振动在下一发弹射击前衰减完毕,该仿真验证方法对身管后坐式弹簧-液压缓冲装置的设计能够起到一定的作用。
The spring-hydraulic buffer device for the barrel recoil of chain gun was designed. On the premise of meeting the technical requirements, the appropriate buffer device parameters were designed by taking a certain medium caliber chain gun as the research object, with its dynamic simulation model established by using ADAMS software for simulation and verification. The results show that the spring-hydraulic buffer device can provide greater damping force, which can make the vibration of the barrel on the buffer attenuate before the next firing. The simulation and verification method can play an important role in the design of the barrel recoil spring-hydraulic buffer device.
