摘要
针对传统水电站水轮机调速器可靠性差、响应慢、故障率高等问题,设计并开发一种以系统可直接推动接力器,从而减少液压放大器等中间环节。依靠蓄能器作为辅助动力源对导叶开度进行调整以达到调节水轮机转速的目的。该系统具有实时性好、控制抗干扰能力强、可靠性高、操作简单等优点,并可与电站的微机监控系统联网,方便监控与管理。
In order to solve the problems of poor reliability,slow response and high failure rate of the governor in the traditional hydro-turbine governor of hydropower stationhydropower,the system is designed and developed which can push the control ring directly,thus reducing the intermediate links such as the hydraulic amplifier.By using the accumulator as the auxiliary power source,the guide vane opening can be adjusted to adjust the turbine speed.The system has the advantages of good real-time performance,strong anti-interference control ability,high reliability and simple operation,and can be connected with the microcomputer monitoring system of the power station to facilitate monitoring and management.
