摘要
该文通过分析2007版和2015版ISO 19973关于气动换向阀可靠性试验方法及要求,研制出一套气动换向阀可靠性试验台,给出循环频率、工作气口容器等的确定方法,完成了可靠性试验及数据分析,得到了可靠性模型及评价指标。试验结果验证了ISO19973:2015标准相关方法的可行性,为国内气动换向阀可靠性试验及标准制订提供参考。
By analyzing the reliability test methods and requirements of pneumatic directional valve in the 2007 and 2015 editions of ISO19973,this paper developed a test bed of pneumatic directional valve for reliability,gave the methods for determining cycling frequency and volume at the outlet ports,completed reliability test and data analysis,obtained the reliability model and evaluation indexs.The test results have verified the feasibility of relevant methods in ISO 19973:2015,and provide reference for reliability test and setting standards of our pneumatic directional valve.
