摘要
研究运用黄原酸酯调控的可逆加成断裂链转移自由基聚合(RAFT/MADIX)方法合成不同分子量的聚乙酸乙烯酯,再对其碱解制备聚乙烯醇(PVA)。然后采用溶液法制备PVA与糊精(DEX)共混物。通过凝胶渗透色谱测定分子量及其分布;通过红外光谱、热重分析和熔点测定对PVA、DEX、PVA/DEX共混物进行表征。结果表明:PVA和DEX之间形成了氢键;PVA/DEX共混物熔点降低,并且熔点随DEX质量比增加而降低。
Polyvinyl acetate(PVAc) with different molecular weight was synthesized by reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer radical polymerization(RAFT/MADIX) regulated by xanthate.Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) was prepared by alkaline hydrolysis.Then PVA/DEX blends were prepared by solution method.The molecular weight and its distribution of PVAc were determined by gel permeation chromatography(GPC).PVA,DEX and PVA/DEX blend was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and melting point analysis.The results show that hydrogen bonds are formed between PVA and DEX,and the melting point of PVA/DEX blends decrease with the increase of mass ratio of DEX.
