摘要 玻璃纤维作为玻璃钢制品的主要增强材料,在玻璃钢制品中的质量分数甚至高达80%,因此可以说玻璃纤维的性能决定着最终玻璃钢制品的性能。在保证玻璃纤维制品具备优异的机械性能的同时玻璃纤维也要具备优良的使用顺畅性,如缠绕过程中低毛羽等要求,毛羽的大小代表玻璃纤维产品的工艺性能,关系到客户的生产效率及生产环境,毛羽过大会影响玻璃钢产品外观质量。因此,直接纱产品的毛羽量一直是玻纤产品的关键控制指标,影响产品的后续工艺性能。主要从玻纤产品的纤维直径、成型工艺关键过程控制点:原丝喷雾、漏板工艺风、浸润剂温度等因素对玻纤产品毛羽量的影响进行研究。 As the main reinforcing material of reinforced plastic products, glass fiber can have a high mass fraction in reinforced plastic products even as high as 80%, so it can be said that the performance of glass fiber determines the performance of the final reinforced plastic products. While ensuring excellent mechanical properties of glass fiber products, glass fiber should also have excellent easiness of use, such as low fuzz during winding. The size of fuzz represents the processing properties of glass fiber products and is related to the production efficiency and production environment of customers. Excessive fuzz will affect the appearance of glass fiber products. Therefore, the fuzz of direct roving products has always been a key control criterion of glass fiber products, affecting the subsequent processing performance of products. This paper mainly studies the influences of glass fiber diameter, key process controls in fiber forming process, such as water spray to strands, process air for bushings, sizing agent temperature and other factors on the fuzz of glass fiber products.
