摘要
近年来中国乳腺癌发病率逐渐升高,乳腺癌已成为女性最常见的恶性肿瘤。通过筛查能提高乳腺癌早期诊断率,从而提高治愈率,延长患者生存时间,提高其生活质量。乳腺癌筛查的主要方法包括乳腺查体、超声、X线摄影、磁共振成像等。中国女性适宜的乳腺癌筛查模式仍有一定争议,各种筛查手段的价值需进一步验证。希望将来能逐步优化中国乳腺癌筛查体系,使更多的女性从中获益。
The incidence of breast cancer in China has gradually increased in recent years,and breast cancer has become the most common malignant tumor in women.Breast cancer screening can improve the early diagnosis rate,thus improve the cure rate,prolong the survival time and improve the quality of life.The main methods of breast cancer screening include physical examination,ultrasound,mammography,magnetic resonance imaging and so on.There is still some controversy about the suitable screening model for Chinese women,and the value of various screening methods still need to be further verified.We hope that Chinese breast cancer screening system will be gradually optimized in the future so that more women can benefit from it.
