摘要
食品流通环节中存在种类繁多、成分多样、监管力量较薄弱等问题,为保证流通环节中食品的质量、安全,自建快检室是必要手段。本文总结了食品流通环节自建快检室运行中存在的问题,并提出合理化建议。
There are many kinds of food,diverse ingredients,weak supervision and other problems in the food circulation link.In order to ensure the quality and safety of food in circulation,it is necessary to set up a self-built fast inspection laboratory.This paper summarized the problems existing in the operation of self-built fast inspection laboratory and made reasonable suggestions.
