摘要
在矿压的作用下,会引起各种复杂的动力现象,威胁煤矿的安全生产,影响采矿作业的正常进行。以黄陵煤矿803综采工作面为研究对象,针对该工作面在顶板来压期间矿压显现强烈,煤壁片帮严重的问题,在阐述矿山压力的影响因素和显现规律的同时,提出了通过巷道围岩爆破卸压、煤壁注浆加固以及加强监测预防的综合性控制技术,旨在对传统的采煤工作面围岩控制方法做出改进优化,实现矿压显现预测与围岩变形动态监测的实时同步性,确保综采工作面的安全高效生产。
It will cause various complex dynamic phenomena under the action of mine pressure,threaten the safety production of coal mine and affect the normal operation of mining.Taking 803 fully-mechanized coal face of Huangling Coal Mine as the research object,aiming at the problems of strong mine pressure and serious coal wall spalling during the roof pressure coming,this paper expounded the influencing factors and the law of strata behavoirs,and put forward the comprehensive control technology of blasting pressure relief of roadway surrounding rock,grouting reinforcement of coal wall and strengthening monitoring and prevention,whose purpose was to improve and optimize the traditional control method of surrounding rock,and to realize the real-time synchronization between the prediction of strata behavoirs and the dynamic monitoring of surrounding rock deformation,so as to ensure the safe and efficient production of the fully-mechanized working face.
