摘要
本文采用Pasternak地基模型,研究了钢顶管在纵向顶力作用下,顶管长径比、径厚比、椭圆度、轴线偏差与地基反力系数对其纵向稳定性的影响。参数分析结果表明,钢顶管径厚比小于150时对纵向稳定性影响不大;地基反力系数对钢顶管纵向失稳模态具有一定影响,对纵向稳定性系数的影响较小;顶管椭圆化率会减弱顶管的纵向稳定性,但降幅并不显著。纵向稳定性系数随长径比的增大呈线性折减,随轴线偏差值的增加而显著降低。综合长径比和轴线偏差因素,可得钢顶管稳定系数的经验公式,为顶管设计施工提供理论依据。
The influences of pipe’s geometrical parameters,including the ratio of length to diameter,the ratio of diameter to thickness,elliptical deformation and axial eccentricity,and subgrade reaction on axial stability of steel pipe-jacking were studied by using Pasternak foundation model.The results of parameter analysis indicated that the axial stability of steel pipe remains stable when the ratio of diameter to thickness was lower than 150.The subgrade reaction could change the pipe’s axial buckle mode,which had narrow influence on the coefficient of axial stability.And the elliptical deformation could decrease the axial stability of steel pipe in narrow level.The axial stability of steel pipe-jacking decreased linearly with the ratio of length to diameter increasing.Considering the influence of axial eccentricity on axial stability,the empirical formula is proposed by considering both parameters,which can provide theoretical guidance for pipe-jacking design and construction.
