摘要
目的观察芪茸颗粒联合太乙神针灸法对运动神经元病-肌萎缩侧索硬化症脾肾阳虚型的近期临床疗效。方法30例脾肾亏虚型运动神经元病-肌萎缩侧索硬化症患者,均给予芪茸颗粒口服,联合太乙神针灸法治疗。结果和治疗前基线水平相比,治疗3个月后的中医证候评分、ALSFRS-R评分、Barthel指数较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01)。结论芪茸颗粒联合太乙神针疗法通过补肾固脾、调和阴阳、通经活络,可以明显改善运动神经元病-肌萎缩侧索硬化症脾肾阳虚型患者临床症状和神经功能缺损,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qirong granule combined with taiyi miraculous moxa roll on motor neuron disease-amyotrophic lateral sclerosis with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.Methods Thirty cases of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang were selected in this study,they were treated with Qirong granule combined with taiyi miraculous moxa roll.Results Compared with the baseline level before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,ALSFRS-R and Barthel index were significantly improved after 3 months of treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Qirong granule combined with taiyi miraculous moxa roll can significantly improve the short-term clinical symptoms and neurological deficits of patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type by invigorating spleen and kidney,regulating yin-yang and dredging channels and collaterals,and improve the quality of life of patients.
