摘要
张卫华教授在传承传统进针和行针手法的基础上,根据人体解剖位置、患病部位特征确定相应的进针手法,头部穴位应用飞针走气、颈腰部夹脊穴应用雀啄提插进针法;行针方面创立了滞针外甩、左右扇形摆动、顺逆时针环转、上抬下压,不仅局部针感明显,临床疗效更佳,值得推广应用。
On the basis of inheriting the traditional acupuncture and acupuncture techniques,Professor ZHANG Weihua determined the corresponding acupuncture techniques according to the anatomical position of the human body and the characteristics of the diseased part.The head acupuncture points were used to get Feizhen Zouqi,and the neck and waist points were used to Quezhuo Ticha method.In the manipulating needle,the method of holding the needle outside,left and right fan-shaped swing,clockwise rotation,upward and downward pressure,and pinning needles was established.These acupuncture and moxibustion techniques not only have obvious local acupuncture feeling,but also have better clinical effect,which is worth popularizing and applying.
