摘要
研究聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)与聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)合金复合材料在90℃恒温水煮条件下的强度、抗冲性能、熔体质量流动速率(MFR)。结果表明:使用抗水解剂、增韧剂、短切玻纤、扩链剂作为配方体系,可以制备出耐水解性能优良的PET/PBT合金复合材料,在90℃高温水煮360 h,性能降低率低于10%,满足汽车发动机舱零件耐水解要求。
The strength, impact resistance and melt mass flow rate(MFR) of PET/PBT alloy composites after boiling at 90 ℃ were studied.The results show that PET/PBT alloy composites with good hydrolysis resistance can be prepared by using antihydrolyzer, toughener, chopped glass fiber and chain extender. Boiled at 90 ℃ for 360 h, the performance is reduced by less than 10%,which can meet the requirements of car engine compartment parts.
