摘要
9FB燃气轮机从启动到带载运行需经过多个燃烧模式切换,整个切换过程由燃料小间内燃料控制阀组合投退实现,并依靠清吹系统对退出的燃料管路进行吹扫,燃料系统正常运转是稳定燃烧的关键。通过分析燃料小间内控制阀故障事件,总结相应的注意事项与处理方式。
The 9FB gas turbine needs to go through multiple combustion mode switching from start-up to on-load operation.The whole switching process is realized by the combination of the fuel control valve in the fuel cubicle.The blowing system was used to sweep the exiting fuel pipeline.The normal operation of the fuel system is the key to stable combustion.Based on the analysis of the fault events of the control valve in the fuel cubicle,the corresponding precautions and treatment methods were summarized.
