摘要
公司使用的仪表为老式指针型和后期更换使用的数显表,已不能满足仪表监测需求。经过摸索、设计,理论与实际结合,讨论决定在不影响原有仪表运行的条件下进行改造施工,最终实现了仪表非标信号的远传监测。经过调试一段时间后,在生产过程中发现使用一拖二信号的方法可行,满足生产要求。
The instrument used by a company is old-fashioned pointer type and later replaced digital display meter,which can no longer meet the needs of instrument monitoring.After exploration,design and combination of theory with practice,it is decided to carry out modification construction without affecting the operation of the original instrument.Finally,the remote transmission monitoring of the non-standard signal of the instrument is realized.After debugging for a period of time,it is found that it is feasible to use the method of one-for-two signals in the production process,which meets the production requirements.
