摘要
简要分析了国内外加氢站建设标准和规范发展现状。针对我国加氢站建站模式、等级划分、平面布置、管道铺设、压缩机设置、建筑及安全设施等问题,以《加氢站技术规范GB 50516-2010》为切入点,对我国加氢站设计与建设标准的制定提出了合理化建议,分析结果可供今后加氢站项目建设或标准、规范修编参考。
Hydrogen refueling station is one of the important distribution infrastructures that provide hydrogen sources for fuel cell vehicles and other hydrogen energy utilization devices.At present,construction of hydrogen refueling stations has entered a stage of rapid development in China. The safety of hydrogen refueling stations has been highly concerned by the public. Development status of construction standards for hydrogen refueling station worldwide is reviewed.The problems regarding to China’s hydrogen refueling station,such as construction mode,classification,layout,pipe installation,compressor setting,buildings and safety facilities,are briefly analyzed. Taking China’s technical specification for hydrogen refueling station GB 50516-2010 as a reference,rational suggestions for design and construction standards of Chinese hydrogen refueling stations are proposed. The analysis results can be supplied as a reference for the future construction of hydrogen station project or specification revision.
