摘要
针对高含量细泥对承德某硫化铜矿选矿指标的不利影响,对该铜矿石分选的脱泥方法及泥的处理方式进行了探索试验。通过加入起泡剂的浮选脱泥、物理脱泥、两段泥混合处理和两段泥单独处理的对比试验,确定的工艺流程为先采用一段粗磨后加入起泡剂的浮选脱泥,再磨后采用38μm分级的物理脱泥得到第一段泥、第二段难选-38μm的细泥和第二段+38μm脱泥后的颗粒,将3种产物分别处理,得到铜精矿品位18.023%,回收率78.594%。
Aiming at the adverse effect of high content of fine mud on the ore beneficiation index of a copper sulfide ore in Chengde,an exploratory test was carried out on the method of removing mud and the treatment method of copper ore separation.Through comparative tests of flotation desilting,physical desilting,two-stage mud mixed treatment,and two-stage mud separate treatment with foaming agent added,the determined process is flotation desilting with the first stage coarse grinding and foaming agent added.After re-grinding,the 38μm graded physical desliming is used to obtain the first sludge,the second sludge of-38μm,and the second slug of+38μm.The copper concentrate grade was 18.023%,and the recovery rate was 78.594%.
