摘要
针对直流扰动下变压器的异常振动问题,对变压器绕组振动特性进行分析.基于电磁耦合模型建立变压器交直流混杂模式状态方程,利用振动谐响应模型研究直流扰动对变压器绕组振动特性的影响.建立仿真模型,分别计算不同负载下各部位绕组的振动情况,研究其变化特性,并建立实验平台验证仿真结果•结果表明,受直流扰动影响,变压器产生异常振动,且随着直流扰动增强,绕组振动加剧;变压器负载率越低所受直流扰动影响越大.
In view of the abnormal vibration of transformer under DC disturbance,the vibration characteristics of transformer winding are analyzed.The state equation of transformer AC/DC hybrid mode based on electromagnetic coupling model was established,and the influence of DC disturbance on the vibration characteristics of transformer winding was studied by using vibration harmonic response model.The simulation model is established to calculate the vibration of each part of the winding under different loads to study its variation characteristics,and the experimental platform is established to verify simulation results.The results show that under the influence of DC disturbance,the transformer produces abnormal vibration,and the winding vibration increases with the increase of DC disturbance;the lower the load ratio of transformer,the greater the influence of DC disturbance.
