摘要 为解决居住区夜间停车问题,有必要开放邻近居住区的商业综合体停车泊位的夜间使用权限,并评估商业综合体夜间停车共享供给能力。以江苏省南通市为例,选取位于居住、商业综合体混合地块内的6个典型商业综合体,采集停车行为数据,提出停车占用高峰比指标,采用多项式拟合分析商业综合体夜间停车时间分布的一般规律,拟合优度检验值R 2=0.9866,结果表明,业态功能类似的商业综合体夜间停车时间分布具有一致性特征。结合居住区停车行为数据,构建商业综合体夜间停车共享供给能力评估模型,拟合标定模型参数。实例分析表明,商业综合体夜间可提供配建停车泊位总量的40%~55%作为停车共享泊位,能填补居住区夜间停车的部分需求缺口。 In order to solve the problem of nighttime parking in residential areas,it is necessary to approve the nighttime access to parking lots in the commercial complexes adjacent to residential areas and assess the supply capacity of nighttime shared parking in the commercial complexes.Taking Nantong of Jiangsu province as an example,6 typical commercial complexes in the mixed residential and commercial lands are selected,and the data of parking behavior are collected.A peak ratio index of parking occupancy is proposed.The general law of the commercial complexes’nighttime parking time distribution is analyzed using the polynomial fitting based on the peak ratio index.The goodness of fit test value is 0.9866.The results show that the nighttime parking time distribution of commercial complexes with similar land use function has consistent characteristics.A supply capacity assessment model of nighttime shared parking of commercial complexes is developed and the model parameters are calibrated based on the parking behavior data obtained from the residential areas.The case study demonstrates that the commercial complexes can provide 40% to 55% of the total allocated parking lots as nighttime shared parking lots,which can fill some of the residential areas’nighttime parking demand gaps.
