摘要 针对燃气流量计量,现场传统的有线通信、RF、红外等短程无线的不足,研制了一种拥有NB-IoT远程无线和BLE4.2蓝牙短程无线功能,可用于体积或能量计量的燃气流量计修正仪(简称修正仪)。该设备采用微功耗技术设计,配接有高精度的数字式温度、压力传感器,拥有多种形式的物理量输入输出信号接口。可根据不同的气体组分选用不同的压缩因子修正模型进行计算显示,且内置各种智能检测传感器以提高其安全性和可靠性。实际应用表明,该仪表测量精度高、功能丰富、运行安全稳定,在燃气计量领域具有推广应用价值。 This paper is aiming at the disadvantage of traditional wired communication and shortrange wireless such as RF and infrared in the field of gas flow measurement,we developed a volume or energy metering gas meter conversion device with function of NB-IoT and BLE4.2 bluetooth wireless communication.The corrector is designed with low-power consumption technology,equipped with high-precision temperature,pressure sensors and various physical I/O signal interfaces.A different compressibility correction model can be chosen for calculation and display based on gas composition,in addition to that,various intelligent detection sensors is in-built to improve the safety and reliability.This flow meter is proven to be able to provide high accuracy,multifunction,safety and reliable operation in the field of gas metering,it has strong practicability and popularization value.
